授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives |
This one-term, twice-a-week required class helps first-year students learn how to improve their English language communication skills by introducing the organizational skills necessary to become a more competent speaker and writer. Overall Objectives 1. To help students to develop a basic knowledge of the skills required for organizing a speech and developing speech writing skills 2. To give students maximum opportunities to develop their speech delivery and speech writing skills 3. To build student confidence in speech communication in small and larger group contexts |

This Course is taught in English. Classes will be conducted using a textbook to be announced by the instructor. This semester, Porta II and University Web-Mail System will be used as the essential tools of communication. Students are expected to prepare an appropriate Internet environment to use these tools constantly. |

Students are expected to prepare for each class by reviewing relevant materials provided by the instructor. Each week, new instructions will be given by the instructor.
