授業の目的?内容 /Course Objectives |
□Content In this course we will be looking at the sociological issues such as voting, the health of the global economy. Students will choose chapters and topics from the sources below and give a presentation and write a research paper. □Reading & Discussion ?read and evaluate texts in social sciences and humanities ?express one’s opinions about the course topic in a discussion constructively □Writing & Presentations ?write a research paper on the course topic with appropriate citation (700-1,000 words + bibliography) ?make a visually aided presentation of the paper Class is taught and participated in English. |

In this class we … ?use Manaba (LMS) for presenting learning materials, collecting assignments, and giving feedback. ?periodically use Zoom or Webex to conduct bi-directional real-time classes. ?provide opportunities of exchanging opinions among students by introducing group work and peer reviews of oral/written products ?aim at higher learning efficiency by utilising learning materials distributed in advance in combination with real-time classes. |
