授業の目的?内容 /Course Objectives |
In this one-semester Communication Skills course students develop their persuasive and communicative language skills. This will involve reading, discussing, and reporting news articles that students choose themselves. Each student gives an oral report of two or three news articles during the semester to their classmates and leads discussion based on questions they have prepared. Questions should promote opinion giving and logical reasoning. Students taking this course should feel confident that they have the ability to communicate opinions, and logical reasoning effectively in English. All students have pair discussions about the questions. | ||||||||||
