Overall Objectives 1. To provide an overview of what constitutes a ‘good’ paragraph 2. To learn how to properly format a typed paragraph 3. To help students write about themselves and their experiences 4. To help students write clear, coherent and properly-structured paragraphs 5. To help students analyze and revise their writing 6. To help students become familiar with computer literacy and the use of Microsoft Word or Googledocs to create well-formatted documents. |

One feature of the course will be to use peer review to improve writing. This will involve reading and critiquing another student's writing with the goal of providing useful advice on improvement.
