This course aims to develop your academic writing skills at the sentence and paragraph levels. This involves developing and improving your critical thinking skills as well as learning how to give constructive feedback to your peers and work collaboratively. You will also learn how to become an autonomous learner. Through this course, you should be able to cultivate knowledge and skills to generate, develop, and organize your ideas as well as to articulate them succinctly, logically, and cohesively. You will learn the basic organization of a paragraph and a range of linguistic features that help you to achieve this.
