The class will be face-to-face, and conducted in English (although Japanese may be used when necessary). The online links and print documents for each class will be distributed before, during, or after class. Students should have a separate 20-pocket A4 “pocket file” notebook for these prints and notes for each class. After we review the topic matter, students will break into groups to discuss issues and produce presentation materials. At the end of each class, reflection essays will be handed in to be graded on a points-added system, and returned the following class, for filing in the pocket file notebook. |
