授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	The main purpose of this course is to help students write English sentences using correct grammar. Furthermore, the course makes students aware of commonly made mistakes and at the same time, it introduces self-help strategies to help students analyze problems and revise their writing of sentences and paragraphs. This course is conducted using a textbook or other materials selected by the instructor. Students enrolled in this course are expected to engage in various exercises and activities suggested by the instructor. This course is taught in English.
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	A portion of the text will be studied in each class. The first part of the class will be used for analyzing the selected material. Then, time will be allocated for reviewing, answering questions and checking homework. The remainder of the class will be used for in-class assignments.
