授業の目的?内容 /Course Objectives |
In addition to developing discussion skills including mastering of useful vocabulary and expressions for a constructive discussion, the course aims to develop critical thinking including skills to identify and avoid logical fallacies. The contents covered in the course include various social issues (e.g., nuclear power, school on Saturdays, Food labelling) that would encourage students to think deeply and critically. | ||||||||||

The course will be conducted face-to-face. Active participation is crucial in this course. Students are required to fully prepare for each lesson and join group discussions, using words and expressions listed in the textbook. |
