授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives |
?受講対象者は、ドイツ語、フランス語、経済、経営、国際環境経済、法律、国際関係法、総合政策の各学科１年生のうち、入学時にTOEICで高得点であった学生である。 Academic Listening Strategies Iとともに、1年生の英語科目の中核となる重要な科目である。原則として通年で履修すること。 ?本科目の目的は、様々なリーディングストラテジーを訓練し、専攻分野の学びや社会人としての知的活動に不可欠な、アカデミックな文章を効果的かつ批判的に読む力をつけることである。 使用言語は英語。大学生らしい英語の読み方を学び、グループワークやディスカッションを織り交ぜた活動に英語で取り組む。 |

▼授業形式：講義 ▼資料配布、課題提出などの方法：獨協大学の学習管理システム「MyDOC」(https://bb.dokkyo.ac.jp/)を主に使用. ▼試験、課題に対するフィードバックは、授業時に解説、コメントなどの形で行います。 ▼統一語彙教材、教員が指示した教科書、教材を用い、積極的に学習してください。 ▼配布資料がある場合には、その内容を十分に確認した上で、指示に従って作業してください。 ▼コンピューターを用いたALC英語学習プログラムで授業外学習を習慣づけてください。 ▼第1回目の授業で配布されるクラス個別シラバスを参照してください（授業活動などの変更の可能性があるため）。 |

?語彙小テストについては、MyDOCから語彙リストを自らダウンロードし、これを用いて準備してください。 ?語彙小テスト以外の各回の事前?事後学修の内容は、各授業の直後にMyDOCに掲載されます。 詳細に確認し、取り組んでください。 事前学修例： 次回授業時に取り扱うパッセージの単語の意味調べ、読解問題への解答 事後学修例： 授業で取り扱ったパッセージの構造分析、このパッセージ関連の英作文 **事前事後学修に要する時間: 1時間程度 |
