授業の目的?内容 /Course Objectives |
This Course explores the human resource management function in a corporate setting and focuses on the development of knowledge and skills that all managers need. After the course completion, students will have various concepts, new trends and skills required for planning, managing and developing human resources for organizational effectiveness. |

授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 /Teaching method and Attention the course |
The course follow the textbook. Each topic ranges 20-30 pages of the textbook. Power-point materials are delivered beforehand. Students are required to read beforehand. The end of leach lecture students are required to answer oral questions to examine the level of their understandings. Feedbacks are given on the spot. The first lecture will be conducted in remote and the followings in face-to-face classes. This may be changed depending on the infection situation. |

Students are required to read given materials before the seminar. After the seminar relevant materials in reading lists are required to read to examine the knowledge in the topics. The time to be spent for before/after study is detailed in the course schedule, but approximately one hour for each lecture. . |
