授業の目的?内容 /Course Objectives |
1. To help students understand the typical structure of a ‘good’ essay 2. To help students understand (genre-specific) patterns of essay organization 3. To help students plan essays 4. To help students use a variety of references and utilize Internet sources 5. To help students revise and edit their essays 6. To help students develop computer literacy skills 7. To help students become more familiar with referencing and creating a bibliography (MLA or APA styles) This course focuses on improving students’ "vocabulary," "grammar" and "writing" skills, as stated in DP 2. Overall objectives are for them to acquire the basics of "written productive skills," as stated in the CP. |

This course will continue from the spring semester.. The latter half of the textbook will be used in the in the fall semester. We will spend 2 weeks for each chapter. Feedback on assignments will be given through written comments and interviews with the teacher. | ||||||||||
