授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	□Content This course is about exploring different cultures from around the world. The aim is to improve cultural competence, enabling students to communicate and work effectively across diverse cultural contexts. □Reading & Discussion ?read and evaluate texts in social sciences and humanities ?express one’s opinions about the course topic in a discussion constructively □Writing & Presentations ?write a research paper on the course topic with appropriate citation (700-1000 words + bibliography) ?make a visually aided presentation of the paper Class is taught and participated in English.
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	This course assumes an interactive approach, which requires engaged participation from all members of the class. Also, students must write a research paper that weighs heavily for the final grade. Therefore, all writing courses (I-IV) must be satisfactorily completed before taking this course. Needless to say, regular and punctual attendance is expected and mandatory. #The schedule is subject to change on the needs of the class
