/Course Objectives
□Content
Alternative Global Issues
In this course, students will examine various contemporary issues such as food and environment, genres in modern music, entertainment in the modern world etc.

□Reading & Discussion
?grasp some ideas in the articles in the texts
?write one’s opinions about the topic, and express it to the class

□Writing & Presentations
?write a research paper on the course topic with appropriate citation (700-1,000 words + bibliography)
?make a visually aided presentation of the paper

Class is taught and participated in English.

A combination of an interactive lecture and active learning including group work, group discussions, and oral presentations.
