授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意
/Teaching method and Attention the course
One of the best ways to improve your reading skills is to read a lot so students will be provided with many opportunities to improve their reading abilities in class using the textbook. In addition, students will complete outside reading tasks each week to promote more autonomous reading opportunities and to expand their understanding of the topics from the textbook. Some of the main reading skills will include summarizing ideas, paraphrasing, writing about what they have read, developing their grammar/vocabulary etc.
事前?事後学修の内容
/Before After Study
Students will complete outside readings related to the topic. For homework, students will keep a academic reading journal and complete weekly journal tasks to build their readings skills and abilities. Students will spend about 30-40 minutes doing their homework.

All of the extra materials outside of the textbook will be provided by the teacher.
