授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives |
The goal of this course is to provide the students with ample opportunity to add to their knowledge of modern English and to practice what they have learned in an interactive, interesting manner. Students will learn to use academic English and to express themselves through a combination of speaking activities, group discussions, and presentations. Students will do plenty of speaking in this class. There is no required text. All materials will be provided in class. | ||||||||||

Discussion of cultural and cross-cultural issues, based on topics presented in content-based materials, will help you develop your critical thinking, will help you speak more persuasively, and will also help you think about the world more widely. To accomplish these goals, we will learn some presentation skills. Another benefit of class is that you can share and participate in the learning adventures of the other students. |
