We will develop one of your most important English communication skills - presentations. We will focus on the skills you need to communicate in academic settings. Class time will be spent on speaking activities, creating, and giving presentations. It's fun. |

授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 /Teaching method and Attention the course |
We will use a textbook. We will study face to face in class, with homework due on manaba. You will make 3 formal presentations. You will get direct feedback orally on your presentations from your instructor and from other students to help you improve. You will be given an assignment each week. Your assignment will be due by the night before the next class. Assignments will be graded on line so you can see how you are doing. Students questions and comments are always welcome in class or on line. |

Students are expected to prepare for activities, evaluations and exams outside of class time and to speak actively in each class. You will prepare 3 formal presentations outside of class. Homework will be due on manaba about what is covered in class each week. Expect to spend an hour each week on your assignments. | ||||||||||
