授業の目的?内容
／Course Objectives		 Objectives
The aim of the course is to help students gain an understanding of basic and current issues on international civil procedure.Therefore, students can acquire the basic knowledge on international civil procedure through this lecture.

Curriculum      
The program consists of two components which are not divisible.  Each student is required to attend at all of two courses in the following subjects:
Course 1 (spring) International Jurisdiction                                   
Course 2 (fall) Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments

of the spring course for all those who wants to take the course.
