Moving into University Housing & Dokkyo Buddy

The move-in date for university housing is determined by the university. You must arrive in Japan at least one day before the move-in date. On the day of your move-in, you will meet your Dokkyo buddy student at the train station closest to your apartment at the designated time. This student will help you make a smooth transition to Dokkyo and your new life in Japan. In principal, each exchange student is assigned one Dokkyo buddy. They will contact you by e-mail before you arrive in Japan.
